If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a refund within the guarantee period.

  • Autoship subscriptions (that started from Jan 9, 2023 onwards):
    180 days money-back guarantee from the delivery date of your first order for each unique product/bundle

    Do note that all autoship subscriptions come with minimum 3 months commitment before you can cancel your subscription.

  • One-time purchases:
    90 days money-back guarantee from the delivery date of the first order of each unique product/bundle

We aim to resolve all queries and requests within 48 hours. To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Kindly refrain from filing a dispute through Paypal as it will prolong the cancellation/refund process by at least 21-28 days. To resolve the matter quickly, kindly message us here.

Cancellations

With the self-service feature, you can cancel your orders within 12 hours from the time you placed your order. Your refund will be processed instantly, though it may take a while to reflect in your transaction statement depending on your bank's processing time.

This feature is only available for one-time purchase orders that haven't shipped.

Returns (Cancellations after shipping)

  1. Before delivery: Reject the parcel upon delivery or contact your local post office to cancel the delivery
  2. After delivery: Submit a request here within 90 days, and we will assist you with the return process.Returned items must be in their original condition. 

Do update us once you have proceeded with one of the above options along with a return confirmation record. This is so that we can process your refund as soon as the return is reflected on the courier tracking system.

*Credit and Debit cards:
Processing varies depending on your card issuing bank’s turnaround time. This can range anywhere between 7-21 banking days before it’s reflected in your bank statement.
