Ready the half cup of oats and soak in water for 12-24 hours at room temperature. Then strain and refrigerate the oat water for a minimum of 30 mins before use.

Step 2: 

Find a soft pure cotton cloth to form the base of your sheet mask. Hold over your face and mark out your eyes, nose and mouth with an eyeliner, then carefully cut out the small sections.

Step 3: 

Soak the DIY sheet mask in the infused water and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool. To speed up the process, you can also pop an ice cube into the water.

Step 4: 

Once infused, ring out the excess moisture from the mask. Place the mask over your face, aligning the holes with your eyes and mouth and leave on for 10-30 minutes. Remove the mask and rub in any excess moisture.

#2 Avocado and Honey Face Mask: Best For Oily Skin

Step 3: 

Pop your mixture in the fridge until cold (applying it cold will stimulate the microcirculation giving an extra skin boost).

Step 4: 

Smooth a thickish layer over the skin, wait for 20-30 mins then rinse off. 

A note of caution: Turmeric will stain clothes and surfaces so careful of spills. If you feel like the mixture is too thin and runny. you can add more oats
