So here’s a healthy pumpkin banana smoothie that you can make this season. Plus, it boosts your gut health too!
- 1/2 cup pumpkin (freshly cooked)
- 1/2 fresh frozen banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 small cup frozen plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of ground ginger
Put ingredients into a blender and blend away! Then pour into a glass and enjoy. 🙂
