Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

It’s that time of the year when pumpkin takes over.

So here’s a healthy pumpkin banana smoothie that you can make this season. Plus, it boosts your gut health too!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin (freshly cooked)
  • 1/2 fresh frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 small cup frozen plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of ground ginger

Directions:

Put ingredients into a blender and blend away! Then pour into a glass and enjoy. 🙂
